We now learned that the same paper, with an exacly same title, was earlier published in Applied and Computational Mathematics 22(4) (2023) pp. 495-519, doi: 10.30546/1683-6154.22.4.2023.495, received by ACM on May 23, 2023, also authored by Changjin Xu, but by seven different coauthors (J. Lin, Y. Zhao, P. L. Li, L. Q. Han, Y. X. Qin, X. Q. Peng & S. Shi). We apologize for delay to recognize this trickery.
