Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement


"MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" is a peer-reviewed journal. Manuscripts submitted to "MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" are evaluated entirely on the basis of their scientific content, without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political orientation of the authors.

The Editor and any editorial staff will not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, and the publisher.

Authors of articles submitted to "MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" are required to present an accurate account of their work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate or knowingly incomplete statements are considered unethical and are unacceptable. The authors should communicate entirely original works, and if they have used the work of others, this has to be appropriately cited or quoted.

The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors are included on the article, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the article and have agreed to its publication. When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the Editor and cooperate with the Editor to retract or correct the paper.

Authors of articles submitted to "MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" are required that the same or similar article has not been published previously and is not simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere. Authors of articles published in "MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" should not publish the same or similar article elsewhere, unless an agreement from "MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" is obtained. In this latter case a statement must be given in the newly published article about the place where it has been published for the first time. Authors who violate these requirements will be denied to publish in "MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" in the future.

The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the works of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. If plagiarism is detected, the respective article will be retracted, and the respective author(s) denied to publish in "MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" in the future. If the plagiarised article has already been published, in the next available issue of "MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry" an appropriate statement will be given, and the electronic version of the article appropriately marked.
